Leading the Way for Pediatric Hematology in New Jersey
Our pediatric hematologists diagnose and treat a wide range of non-malignant blood and bone marrow disorders, both common and rare. Conditions like bleeding disorders, immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), sickle cell disease, thalassemia, anemias, and bone marrow failure disorders are among the many we manage. We're also the referral center for the State Newborn Screening for hemoglobinopathy, ensuring early detection and intervention for young patients.

Our Hemostasis and Thrombosis Program focuses on the diagnosis and management of bleeding and clotting disorders. Our Sickle Cell Disease Program enhances quality of life through education, preventative screening, and maintenance therapies. We even offer curative treatment options like gene therapy and stem cell / bone marrow transplantation.
