Your Care Team
The care of people with diabetes and endocrine disorders requires a coordinated approach, uniting the skills and talents of endocrinologists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, registered nurses, registered dietitians, and social workers—including Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists. Your team performs an initial assessment and then tailors your treatment to your health care needs and personal preferences to ensure you receive customized, coordinated care. We can also connect you with any other specialists you may need, such as cardiologists, ophthalmologists, wound care experts, and psychologists.
